Joining the AEBA Business Circle

Applicant minimum requirements

  • Applicants must be prepared to invest a minimum of 30,000 Swiss francs.

  • Applicant should demonstrate the skills and mindset required to successfully operate an AEBA franchise.

  • Applicant must be willing to dedicate the necessary time and resources to ensure the growth and success of their franchise.

AEBA franchisees come from diverse professional backgrounds and cultures, reflecting the global nature of our network.

 

Prior experience in business ownership or the sports industry is not required. Our head office provides comprehensive training, guidance, and ongoing consulting throughout the duration of the franchise agreement to ensure you are fully prepared to lead and grow your AEBA location.

Application journey

Becoming an AEBA franchisee is a strategic, long-term business commitment. To ensure success, the acquisition process is structured in clear, progressive steps:

Step 1: Franchise application 

Qualified candidates submit a request to info@emilianof.ch, specifying their desired location and available investment budget. Additionally, a current CV is required to review professional background and experience.

Step 2: Initial interview

During the first interview, we will get to know each other, expore your goals, and answer any preliminary questions.

​

Step 3: Second interview

After the initial discussion, applicants will receive a personalized file to complete and submit prior to the second interview.

​

Step 4: Final interview

The final interview includes submission of a research file, wich allows us to draft preliminary projections. Successful candidates at this stage will progress to our franchise readiness program, designed to prepare them for ownership.

Step 5: Training 

Candidates will undergo comprehensive training covering franchise launch procedures, operational management, business development, and detailed insights into AEBA's organizational standards and best practices.

​

Step 6: Personalized offer

Upon completion of training, candidates will receive a tailored franchise offer, initiating the negotiation process for acquiring their AEBA location.

​

Step 7: Franchise launch

The franchisee officially begins day-to-day operations, implementing AEBA's proven systems and standards to build a successful basketball academy in their territory.
