Territory

Market growth opportunities

When you acquire an AEBA franchise, your territory is clearly defined and exclusively protected.

Under the terms of the franchise agreement, no other AEBA franchise will operate within your designated territory for the duration of the partnership.

Please note: In certain geographical areas, territories may already be reserved. In these regions, only the acquisition of existing AEBA location is possible.

Establishing territories

Territories are defined according to the terms of the franchise agreement.

We offer two types of franchise agreements: Country Agreement and City Agreement.

Country Agreement: Under a Country Agreement, the franchisee receives exclusive territorial rights across the entire country and can establish multiple AEBA locations. While this requires a higher financial commitment, it enables accelerated franchise growth, market leadership, and a stronger impact on franchisee's overall success. Franchisees holding this agreement may also acquire existing AEBA locations.

City Agreement: Under a City Agreement, the franchisee receives exclusive rights within specific cities or metropolitan areas. This agreement is recommended for cities with populations exceeding one million. Franchisees with a City Agreement may later upgrade to a Country Agreement, provided no other AEBA location exist in the country. If other locations are already established, upgrading requires purchasing these locations at their assessed business valued.
