An initial down payment of 70% of the total investment is required when establishing a new AEBA franchise, or 40% of the total investment when acquiring an existing AEBA location. Purchasing an existing franchise
Business values for existing locations may vary. Consequently, the acquisition cost of an AEBA franchise or established location is determined on a case-by-case basis. In general, acquiring an existing AEBA franchise commands a higher investment than launching a new location. To be considered for such a purhcase, a minimum capital of 350,000 Swiss francs is required.
Financing
A minimum down payment of 40% of the purchase price is required for acquiring an existing AEBA franchise. The remaining balance may be financed over a period not exceeding three years.
Ongoing fees
During the term of the partnership, fees payable to Ayhan Emilianof Basketball Academy include:

Royalty: A monthly fee of 1,600 CHF for City Agreement or 2,600 CHF for Country Agreement.
License fee: A one-time payment of 4,500 CHF covering a 5-year term.
