Basketball Head Coach

We are hiring youth basketball head coaches in German part of Switzerland.
About the Role:
Engage, inspire and transform young athletes through training, development, coaching and mentoring both on and off the court.
The Head Coach position is pivotal for nurturing youth talent and fostering a culture of excellence within our academy. The ideal candidate combines a deep passion for basketball with outstanding communication skills and the ability to motivate and empower children. They will cultivate a positive, engaging, and safe environment, enabling athletes to grow both athletically and personally.
Key Accountabilities:
• Deliver youth basketball training programs at the highest standards.
• Inspire greatness through actions, words, behavior and accountability.
• Foster a collaborative environment, engaging parents, educators, and community members in the development of athletes.
• Ensure safety and well-being during all training sessions and games.
• Implement proven training techniques that build both technical skills and character.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in basketball coaching or playing aligned with our academy’s values.
• Exceptional communication skills and dedication to youth sport.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Proven ability to plan, implement, and develop youth trainig programs.
