We are hiring youth basketball head coaches in Romania.
About the Role:
Engage, inspire and transform young athletes through training, development, coaching and mentoring both on and off the court.
The Head Coach position is critical to the development of youth athletes and fostering a culture of excellence within our academy. Ideal candidates will have a passion for basketball, excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire children. They will also contribute to creating a positive and stimulating environment where athletes feel safe and develop both athletically and personally.
Key Accountabilities:
• Conducting basketball training programs for youth players at the highest standards.
• Inspire greatness through actions, words, behavior and accountability.
• Create communitive environment encouraging parents, educators and other members to work together for the development of our athletes.
• Assure proper safety is maintained during all practices and games.
• Establish training techniques with a track record of success in technical skills and character development.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Proven experience coaching and/or playing basketball in a manner that is consistent with our values.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to sport.
• Advanced Romanian and English speaker. Other languages are a great plus.
• Experience with planning, implementation and development of training programs for youth athletes.
Background requirements:
• Require a background check upon offer.
• No criminal record.
