About the role:

The Internal Operations role is a cornerstone of our back-office infrastructure, dedicated to ensuring the flawless execution of processes that support our organization's strategic objectives. This role involves managing and optimizing operational workflows, leveraging modern software tools, and coordinating cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, contributing to key decision-making, and supporting strategic initiatives across company's multinational footprint. Key Accountabilities:

• Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to department leaders, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution and clear internal communication.
• Draft, review, and manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the company, ensuring that all communication reflects our standards of accuracy, professionalism, and brand integrity.
• Streamline and coordinate workflows and cross-departmental processes to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery of operational tasks.
• Manage scheduling, including calls, meetings, and executive calendars, to enhance organizational efficiency and leadership productivity.
• Support the planning, coordinating, and execution of digital marketing activities, collaborating closely with internal teams to meet objectives and timelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information and high-level corporate matters.
• Execute additional operational responsibilities as required, demonstrating adaptability and initiative in response to evolving business priorities.

Requirements:
​
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in administrative support, operations, or coordinating roles within a corporate or international setting.
• Strong command of modern productivity tools - Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, project management systems, and communication software.
• Outstanding organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities, navigating tight deadlines, and maintaining structured workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (Italian, French, Spanish or other additional languages represent a significant advantage).
• High attention to detail, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all operational tasks, documents, and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, showing adaptability as responsibilities evolve.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools and platforms is considered a strong asset.
