AEBA is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all athletes and employees, regardless of their background, feel valued and empowered. Diversity in sport
We are committed to creating a diverse sports community that reflects the world we live in. Through outreach strategies, partnerships and AEBA scholarships, we focus our efforts to ensure that athletes from all backgrounds have access to our programs.

Expansion in different locations: Our expansion initiatives aim to break down barriers to sports participation, focusing on kids from different geographical areas. By opening AEBA locations in various cities, we open doors to opportunities and encouraging diversity in our organization.

Inclusive recruitment: We strive to make our recruitment process inclusive and equitable, ensuring that every person has a fair chance to become an employee of our academy. Cultural awareness and respect training: AEBA hosts cultural awareness training to foster respect, empathy and understanding among our athletes and staff. These sessions help us build a community that values diversity and celebrates each individual's unique value.
Anti-Discrimination policies
Our zero-tolerance policy ensures that every athlete and employee is treated with dignity and respect. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic is not tolerated and we take immediate action to address and prevent any form of bias.
